Everyone is built differently. Multiple people should not use the same training program and expect the same results. Training programs and session time is designed specifically to meet the clients needs in order to improve overall health and wellness, in addition to meeting their goals. 


Whether you're looking for a complete body transformation, or to improve at your sport, workouts will be designed to help YOU improve!

1-1 Personal Training

1 Half Hour per week (4 sessions) = $180/month

1 Hour per week (4 sessions) = $280/month


This purchase gets you weekly in person sessions, and the following programs written and calculated off of results of your fitness tests from session 1. 


**some trainers would charge $300 for just the assessment and programs. By setting it as a package, this allows the trainer to constantly make the necessary changes and reevaluate progress without worrying about added fees. 

Small Group Training

Small group training (2-4 people) has all of what 1-on-1 training offers, but at a discounted rate. 


1 Half Hour per week (4 sessions) = $300/month

1 Hour per week (4 sessions) = $400/month

Online Coaching

Online coaching offers clients the opportunity to get their custom program and track all progress through the trainerize app from anywhere in the world. A great option for those who are not local to Bristol. 

With this, you get a personalized fitness program, weekly checkins, and access to the trainerize app which makes tracking workouts and meals extremly easy!
